Gibbs is a long time certified personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. She has a passion for fitness and believes that anyone is capable of reaching their goals once they set their mind to it, and put in the time and effort. She is there for a a helping hand, to give advice and is always looking to learn for her own self growth.  She believes that there is always room for improvement.

Along with her personal training certification Gibbs holds multiple other certifications including Indoor cycling, Group Fitness and nutrition.
